Water perameters

I'm really new to reef tanks. I have a 40 gallon corner reef tank. It's about 6 weeks old. Used instant ocean salt. I only have a skimmer and an awesome and a pothead. Used tap water with a conditioner. Rodi system will be bought next month. Not dossing anything. I have brown algae so I'm only running blue lights. I have a suspect black box light with 2 channels for white n blue. I have a clown fish made-to-measure govt about 20 snails and 10 blue legged crabs along with a bunch of corals. Zoa candy cane Duncan Xenia frogspawn and an anemone. Wasn't expecting all the corals but a friend closed his tank and we'll his corals came to me. Any way my pedometer are. Temp 74 salinity 1.021 getting more salt today to raise it back to 1.025 oh 7.8 ,cAlcium 20 dog ammonia .25 nitrite 0 nitrate 5.0 all 20dkh I just did a 10%. Water change that's how I discovered today would be a good day to get more salt. My question is how do I keep my corals n fish alive and get perams in sync.
