Starfish died

Hello how you all doing ?. I have a 10 gallon tank with a tomatoe clownfish an heralds angelfish and a tabolts damsel, also a skunk cleaner shrimp. I bought a starfish and it dies like a day after i put in my tank. Why could that happened ? Even everything is doing perfect in my tank ? Thanks
