Shark Tank

So for a while now I had a 200 gallon saltwater tank cycling with some live rock and snails. I decided to go with just 1 bamboo shark that I'm picking up tomorrow. I been doing tons of research but there arent too many helpful hints on owning sharks. I have my sand level around 3 inches and with minimal live rock, im keeping rubble in my sump, water temp is around 79 degrees, and im running a protein skimmer which i have read isnt going to be too useful for a shark. Now I have 3 powerheads, 1 a lot stronger than the others. How much current does a bamboo need? and also how much light during the day should I keep on?
