Photon 32 lighting questions

I would like to start programming Photon 32 lights and I was wondering what lighting program have some of you Photon peeps have gone with.



The only thing I have in my 65 gal tank is about 100lbs of live rock that came out of a 10 yr old tank into mine :) Its been 5 weeks and 5 days since I started my cycle.

should I go with the 15 min, 30 min, or 1 hour programming chart, you'll see those tabs im talking about on the bottom left of that link.
