I have purchased emerald crabs and snails 3 different times and each time they die. I drip acclimate them for a really long time until the salt level are equal, but it seems that as soon as they hit the tank they die. I'll leave them in one spot in the tank and the day they will still be there. Any clues as to why this keeps happening?
