Red and green lights necessary?

So I want to upgrade my LED's eventually. I see a lot of fixtures with only blue and white LED's. Others have red and green in them. I've only got fish and zoas right now.



What is the benefit of adding red and green? I like the kessils and radions but I see some kessils are just white and blue too. What gives? I get so many mixed reviews during a search
