Multiple deaths on the horizon

So my tank has been up and running for three months. Current stock is Kole Tang, two Oc clowns, and a royal gramma with a few zoas. I had a yellow clown goby for 13 days until he died from not eating.

Back on 9/18 when I added my clowns, I saw one had some white spots on it and it cleared up with no future issues until now. I am assuming this is when ich was brought into the tank. The RG was first and was very healthy until he had a run in with a powerhead where he was in it when I turned it on. He was beat up with torn fins and some discoloration and made a nice recovery until now.

A few nights ago I saw him heavily covered with ich and it was dropping off during the day. Still eating and out and about. Today he is hiding breathing heavily in his hiding spot and I expect he will die soon.

Both clowns have little specs of white all over them and the tang is flashing with no visible signs of ich right now. I suspect he is in the not visible stage. These three are eating well and still out and about but I don't have high hopes about their future considering what's taken place in the last week.

Ammonia and nitrites are 0, nitrates 10-20ppm, phosphate 0, temp 79, sg 1.026, ph 8.2. Attached is my tank history for those who want a deeper look. Strange thing a week ago I added my Tunze auto top off system which should have stabilized everything even more!!!

If all these fish die (hope not) I'm gonna run straight coral for 8-10 weeks and invest in a properly sized QT. I didn't QT because all I have is a 10 gallon and followed the advice of keeping a healthy DT to fight off this stuff...it sure seems my tank is healthy on paper but not in reality.
