external overflow box

I am looking for some suggestions on what are the best external overflow boxes. I have a 75 gallon. I am looking for what is the best overflow and what flow rate should I look for?



Also what all do I need besides a sump, skimmer and return pump. For the return pump, how do I know how much gph I need it to be?
