How do I wire everything?

I recently got an led with a fan that's not wire, not the dimmer or ballast. So I know how to make the led turn on that's pretty much it. I'm going to use a timer to switch the light on and off. I'm not sure where or how to wire the dimmer. It has 3 prongs. Where do I wire that on the ballast? And then the fan, where to wire that?
