External UV Light (?)

I have my sump plumbed into my basement. I can easily plumb a 20g "refugium-like" tank into the system where water flows rather slowly thru this tank 20g tank.



I wondering if there is a UV Sterilizering Light that can be setup externally to the 20g tank and blast UV light thru the side of the 20g tank glass?
