Does this look like ich????

Have had a blue spot jawfish for almost a month now in my 29 Biocube and he has been doing great (aside from jumping into the back chambers once lol). Recently had some major temperature fluctuation that could've caused some stress and I'm worried about some spots on his body. I'm not sure how long they've been there but there are about four small white spots mostly near his fins but one is in the middle of his body. I provided a link to some pictures so if anyone could please share their opinion on whether this looks like ich it would be greatly appreciated.
