Cyano?

Hi all. I have a couple of small spots like this one on a few of my live rocks. Is this Cyanobacteria? If so what is a good suggestion on getting rid of it? I just found out my salinity is pretty low and an in the process of bringing it up slowly (1.016) I'm not sure if that would be a factor but the rest of my parameters are spit on. I run an 8 hr light cycle Nd do water changes once a week using ro/di water. Thanks in advance!
