Benny doesn't look so good.

Hi guys, my Benny looks really pale. On his head and under his eye it looks like you dipped that part of him in dry beach sand. Is it velvet? I know for sure it's not ich. Ammonia is 0 nitrite is 0 nitrate is 4 pH is 8.2
