New Sump Setup HELP NEEDED

Hi, this is post #1 for me so be kind if I am in the wrong area please move the post. I have recently set up a Proflex Model 1 sump /w a Reef Octopus BH50 Nano Skimmer for my system. It fits perfectly however I honestly can not get it to skim. As the water levels change in the sump the water levels change in the skimmer but still no skim. I've moved the outlet tube up and down with no luck. A skimmer should skim a system that's been up for 4 months within a few hours. I need help guys and excuse the cloudy look I just added the sand to refugium section alone /w a piece of live rock and cheato algea. In section 1 I have a bag of chemipure & Cadlights Bio-Pellet reactor and section 3 houses the BH50 skimmer and a Mag Drive Supreme 5. If anyone can get my skimmer going I would be grateful I would hate to have to hook up the HOB Coralife 65G again it made for a ugly side piece and tons of bubbles in the display.



P.S. if anyone has a suggestion on how to tint that glass on the tank that would be awesome I can't imagine having to look at that light of the refugium.

Chamber 1:

Bag of chemipure elite & Cadlights Bio-Pellet (removed filtersocks)



Chamber 2:

Refugium /w live sand .. live rock .. cheato .. copepods ..



Chamber 3:

Reef Octopus BH50 nano skimmer

Mag Drive Supreme 5 return pump
