Biocube 29 build

I am finally after no joke 2 years of planning getting a 29 gallon biocube it has a heater in the first chamber refurgruim in the middle and the return pump in the 3rd it currently has 25 lbs of lr and 30 lbs of sand I am just going to cycle it by adding a pinch of flakes (btw can I use fw flakes or does it have to be sw flakes?) and I will be feeding mysis to my fish
