While working at the LFS one of our clients hired me to tear down his 200g marineland deep dimension tank with starphire glass. The tank was in great shape minus a couple scratches and a scuff that happened during transit. For my efforts I was rewarded with the tank/stand/sump to take home and tinker with. my question is:
1. Does anyone know of a tried and true method of buffing scratches out of low iron glass? I have heard ashes can be used to buff glass, i would hope there is a buffing compound and electric buffer combo that would whip those scratches into shape.
Thank you.
