led fixture hanging height

I just got a new fixture and was wondering how high I should hang it over the water. its 165w total, dimmable, has 120deg optics on the red and greens, and outside row of leds. its over a 20 long so not a deep tank, I think 11" to the bottom. 30" long and 12 deep. I have them 14" above the water right now. fixture is 16x8". thanks!
