folwr tank, cant sump....so what filtration

As above.....ive a 200 litre tank thats going to be a fowlr system tank and it cant be sumped....



so im going to run a canister filter....but what to put in it.....



carbon......a phosphate removing media.....coarse filter sponge...bio balls.....ceramics.....



It will get a 10% water change a week



what would be best....
