Correct Lighting?

I am currently using a "Fluval Sea Full Spectrum Marine & Reef LED Aquarium Light, Adjustable from 48" to 57" Length" light. I have one anemone and would like to have some corals in the near future but have had a couple people tell me that this light that is about as bright as the sun, is not good enough.



What do you think? If this light is not good enough, what would you suggest.
