New tank, cycled, Cleaning crew time?

I got a 29gal biocube and set it up about 25 days ago, I got established live rock with lots of life, transferred it in water, lots of life shrimp, limpets, small white star fish tons of them, bristle stars, tube worms, fan worms, 1 blue legged hermit crab that came on the rock as well, bristle worms, the works. It also had some coral on it, 3 kenya trees, xenia colony, and two small frags of hammer head, they all are doing well. I know Im not supposed to have coral for a while, but it came on the rock and I got it all in a package for really cheap. I got a couple small aptasia so I was thinking about adding a cleaning crew and some 2 peppermint shrimp, probably buy some aptasia x. All my levels are within normal levels, salinity, ph, amonia, nitrates, nitrites, and phosphates. My only concern is I have not been feeding the tank, because I have a bit of bristle worms, they are all starting to get skinny, and I figure they will start to die, and may spike my levels. All my other creature are doing great. Since I have all this amazing coral and everything is doing great don't want to ruin it, but also want to get this aptasia in check, and think its time for some larger snails, only have these tiny white ones, cant tell what they are, and a larger stomatella snail that came with the rock as well. Any advice with all the other live i have i figure I shouldn't get to many snails, and hermit crabs, and peppermint shrimp. Any advice on if I should get a crew, or wait longer, or what times of hermit crabs, and snails would you all advise?
