so yesterday I added 10#s of live sand to the base sand and a few small pieces of live rock to my 220g which had nothing but sand and dry rock and salt water in it. Im wondering how often I need to feed the tank and how much (no fish in it yet)? (Im going to buy 100#s of dry rock and create structures and wait for it all to cure? How long will that take? A month or 2?) I added a small chunk of store bought fish to feed it today. How long should I wait before adding real fish? (No rush, want to do it right) When should I add Chaeto to the fuge?
Its a 220 w a 55g sump/refugium, protein skimmer, macron filter socks, and 2 1535gph powerheads.
