wrasse dominant tank

i want to get a 75 gallon anemone with fish tank and wanted to know if it was possible to keep 9 wrasses including a coris but mostly fairy's also want to have other fish like a tang eal puffer fox face maroon pair and a few others the bioload might be pushing it but i can keep up with weekly water changes and filter washes i will have sump protein skimmer so no worry about bad filter
