Blue green chromis aggression

I need your expert opinion. I purchased 3 blue green chromis and a firefish to add to my 75 gallon reef tank. Placed them in quarantine tank and the more aggressive member of the chromis harassed all the other fish to death. Within a week he was alone and has been alone in quarantine for 3 weeks. I am now having second thoughts about putting him in my display tank. I have a yellow tang, dwarf bicolor angel, two ocelaris clowns and a yellow watchman goby. They all get along but I am afraid the chromis will harm any one of them. I thought chromis were peaceful fish! Would like your thoughts.
