Municipal water for the first time ever!

Our area/region has been plagued by a chemical that found it's way into well water and aquafers. PFOA is the chemical which was formed with the process of making teflon....30-50 years ago. It was an airborn polutant, and loves to bond with water.
We had our well tested and the PFOA was above acceptable levels. The company that manufactured the teflon was bought out by St. Gobain a huge multi-national compnay. They are apparently assuming costs to get effected peole on clean water. We qualified, and had some 450' of pipe run from the road to our house.

It was completed today. :dance::dance::dance:

So I'm going to get a new batch of resin and need to put a filter to handle the chlorine in the water. I have a 4x10 canister filter which currently has a sediment filter. I'd like to replace it with the proper filter to remove chlorine.

Would a carbon filter work, or do I need a chloramine filter? Are those available in 4x10?
