I ordered a handful of stuff from them because they had a good deal on seahorses. 1 i wasn't impressed with there seahorses but the thing that made me mad is that i threw 2 firefish in my order just to save me a trip to my LFS considering i already had seahorses coming.
When my package arrived it said back order next to the 2 firefish. No big deal that happens. I did email them the next day 9/16 asking if they will ship or refund money. They would not refund money only give me a credit to there site. (Which i wasn't happy with my order and would not spend money to there site again anyways) i asked them to just the send the fish when available.
I went on there site come 9/17 and notice that firefish show available so now i was confused. Where are my fish? So i waited thinking they would send the fish 17th-21st, still no fish. I contacted them again on 9/26 with no reply at all. So i tried going to there site and i also wrote a message to them on the contact page on 9/28. Again no reply. Tried there chat system and it says they are online but when u wait for a reply it says sorry we have a wait and please type in email to receive a message back. Why do you advertise someone is available then?
I know this is just for 2 firefish and not that expensive but its the point that they said they would do something and they have not kept there word and now i feel like i am getting tossed around.
I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from these guys. Quality is not there and customer service doesn't seem to care about you at all.
