Returning after an absence and starting another nano

Somehow remembered my username/password after 8 years of not being on here and out of they hobby.

After a visit to the local pet store I've gotten the itch to set up a new nano tank. I have looked around at some of the nano's currently on the market and can't decide what will be the best option. I used to run a 12g nanocube 9years ago before i transferred everything into a 180g. Only picture I can find from my tank back then, but still early on its progress:

Here are my thoughts with this tank:
-1or2 very small fish maybe two clowns or a clown/goby combo
-pack it with loads of frags and a few nicer size pieces
-10-15gallons would be ideal as I am living in a NYC apartment and space is always limited for supplies.
-Too make life easier I want to use the store bought water for changes and do 1-2gallons a week.

Questions:
- Which tank would be ideal for staying as stock as possible for the first year and maintain good coral growth? Was thinking between the IM Nuvo 10g or another JBJ 12g nano cube
-Tips on starting back up again? I am sure the information I think I remember may be a bit hazy
-Under stock lighting what corals would be okay? I'd ideally like zoo's, mushrooms, polyps, a few pieces of LPS, maybe a cap(not a big fan of leathers/trees in nano)

I want to take it slow with higher price modifications as I start back up and down the line I see myself improving the light or eventually upgrading size.

Thanks in advance for any tips that can help me get started.
