I have Cpr bakpak 2 protein skimmer (for 37 gallon tank) and the pump keep falling down. I put my tank on my main tank and ruin my floor when my pump fell down. I had it so I want to put on the back of my tank (i have 20 gallon nano tank). My plan is that getting new pump on the bottom of the tank and use an extension pvc pipe that connect between the new pump and the water intake pipe for skimming. So any recommendation that is strong enough for my plan?? My tank is 18 inches deep. Please help me I dont want to get new protein skimmer.
