I am attending college right now and decided to start up a reef tank! I've kept multiple freshwater tanks and decided I was ready to take on the harder tanks. I purchased a fluval edge 6.6 a while ago (it has the 12 gallon light so it has 42 leds), put in the sand and live rock and let it cycle for a while, a few weeks ago the levels got to where I wanted them. The tank can cycle out amiona 2.0 ppm in about a day, and all the other perimeters were good so I added a nem, some shrimp, a couple snails, and some crabs about 10 ish days ago. And just got 2 small clowns yesterday! All the levels are holding fine and everyone is doing good. My nem decided he didnt like my small power head and tried to attack it, unfortunately the power head won and hurt a few of his tentacles (so if you look at him in the pic thats why some of them are hurt) the power head was removed and the Nem is doing better!
