Golden dwarf eel

I'm really at a stand still right here any help appreciated
my moray is thinning up because he hasn't eaten in weeks and will not no matter what eat dead food i tried squid, table shrimp, silverside and i cannot get him to eat anything other than ghost shrimp, even live feeder fish he shows no interest into, does anyone know what i can feed him other than ghost shrimp? they die within hours in my qt tank because its being treated with copper, if it helps he is a sharp toothed golden dwarf moray eel and is a fish eater in the wild he is about 9 inches and the diameter of a pencil
