Cleaner Shrimp Carrying Eggs

hey guys! my 2 cleaner shrimp are carrying eggs by fertilizing each other as they are hermaphrodites when sexually mature... so my question is, is raising cleaner babies difficult? should I put them in a separate tank with just an air stone then remove the adults when they release the young? I may not even bother because I've heard it was a hassle but I thought it could be fun. I have a 20 gal hospital tank. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
