When to move Corals to upgrade and how to clean of algae

My new 155G DT / 230G system has been up and running for 50 days. I have already transferred my fish (Volition, puffer, soldierfish) from 75G.

I am ancious to take down 75G. 155G parameters are good - 8.2 ph, 0Am, 0 Nitrite, 10 Nitrate. How long do I need to wait? While I did seed the new tank with live rock from the 75G it was 95% new agrocrete which was was cured prior to starting cycle

When I do transfer the corals how can I get rid of some of the hair algae that is growing in/around my zoanthas without hurting them? Should I just let it starve in the new better setup - lower nutrient system?

The corals I have to move include:

Hammer coral

Kenya Tree

Finger Leather

Zoanthas

Star Polyps

Open Brain

Candycane

Frogspawn

Sun Coral

mushroom

Toad Stool
