Stickies at top of General Discussion Forum

Anyone else wish the Stickies could be moved to an FAQ Forum, or Announcements Forum, or condenced under a 'Stickies' link, or moved to the bottom of the page, or reduced in number, or anything that keeps me from scrolling down a whole page every time I visit?
