Yellow tang has what appears to be poop stuck under him?

I saw it last night and I figured he was just pooping but it seems to be stuck and it's still there today. It's a brownish color and hasn't grown in size since last night. I can't take a picture of it no matter how hard I try. I can see something that looks almost like a small tube sticking out of the clump of poop. Not really sure what to do about it or what it is? Anyone have any ideas? I'm hoping the cleaner shrimp will clean it off of him.
