What is the minimum amount of rock for a tank?

As the title says... I'm thinking of going for a minimalistic look this time around on rock and have just enough to place my coral and let the coral fill the tank. What is the minimum amount of rock all you rock/bacteria experts would recommend for a heavily stocked (around 15 fish) 75 gallon?





How much bacteria can you fit on a little piece of rubble rock :)
