Frag tank

I'm looking at setting up a frag tank using old equipment I have



I have a 33l same foot print as a 55 only 1/2 the height

65 watt cfl light fixture, so 1 over each end



I have various filters and pumps to circulate the water.



Will the cfl fixture make enough light to grow frags?



Is there anything else I'm missing?
