red sea vs. API

Well looking on getting the Red Sea Marine Care Test Kit vs. the API test kit i already have, just wanna see what everyone thinks. I hear good and bad reviews on the red sea, ones, i don't wanna spend a ton of money on the ELOs brand, way out of my budget
