is this enough light

My lighting has dual 150w hqi and 2 130w PC that are dual actinic. I need to replace the bulbs but was wondering.... Will this be enough for an anemone? I also wish to convert the PC to LEDs. Will the LED lights provide enough lighting for this. Tank is 100 gallon and 60" long
