I noticed today in the back top corner on the inside of my 44 pentagon what appears to be a paper thin, circular sliver of glass at the silicone joint. It was loose and peeling off. It was about the size of a dime and I can feel a slight dimple where it was.
Nothing has banged into it or been dropped and I've been working in the overflow box and have never noticed it before. At first I thought it was a somehow hardened piece of silicone but it's definitely glass.
Should I be worried or dab some silicone on it? Its in the overflow and won't quite be slumbered so I'm not worried about leaks really. Just don't want my tank to to boom if its for some reason falling apart.
