I have a 15 gallon reef (back home) that I moved without. It is under the care of my parents, while I visit to do the large chores, until i decide what to do with it.
If I were to move the tank, it would either have to go without me for a month in December and may, or I would have to move it twice in those months (back and forth). I suppose I could come back at most once a week during those breaks, but I would hate to return to a dead tank. Perhaps put a web-cam on the tank so I can monitor the coral while I am away?
Any other college students move with their tanks? What's the best method, with the least amount of work?
