So I'm ditching my marineland reef Led's which have been entirely nothing but trouble. After many, many emails, they are finally going to refund my money back due to the fact I stated I would no longer continue to accept the replacements they try to send, seeing as they continue to fail after only a few months....anyway, no the question at hand.
I'll have about $1,300 to spend on new lights for my 180 gal reef. Please check my profile if you want additional details. Im very partial to Led's but am certainly open to suggestion. Im looking for a system that will provide proper lighting as well as not too much heat or energy consumption (now you see why I like led). I've looked at some systems that could be controlled with my smart phone and could be accessed remotely as well as being expandable for the other systems on my tank. I know everyone has their own preference and opinions on what has worked well for them and what they have heard good things about. What system should I go with?
