Freshwater lighting compatible with FOWLR?

I switch over from fresh to saltwater but never changed the lighting. I found the box for the lighting I have and it says freshwater on the box. It got me obsessing over whether I should get a new light fixture that is aimed toward FOWLR aquarium. I have a right now a Current USA Satellite Freshwater LED. Should this be fine? It does have blue lights as well. I know they recommend actinic lighting and I wasn't sure if any blue light is considered actinic.
