38 gallon tank 2 clowns 1 royal gramma. Do I have enough space for Green Mandarin?

I have 45 pounds of live rock with 2 clown fish and royal gramma in a 38 gallon. Had it for 1 year and had no issues but I would love to add a green mandarin as my last fish. I understand the difficulty feeding them ,I did a lot of research. Just want to make sure size would be ok.
