29 gallon setup

Ok first of all I'm not 100% sure if I placed this in the correct forum....?

Besides that, lemme give you some background. I have had a few freshwater tanks in my past and currently have a 55 gallon cichlid tank. So I understand the basics of cycling. But never before have I done any kind of saltwater setup. Unfortunately I have always been told how impossible and wallet draining they are. But for my 16th birthday I have decided to give it a try.

Remember...... I have bought NOTHING yet besides the 29 gallon tank, a heater, and a HOB filter I'll probably use to run some carbon (if that's what you do with saltwater haha). So what I need is some help on completing this setup!

My vision is a modest reef with a good amount of softies and easy to care for corals. I also really love the look of maroon clowns though I know they can be aggressive (would they be fine if kept with mostly gobies??). I've looked into some lights and wondered if this would work, "Aquaticlife t5HO dual lamp light fixture. I like the fact that these lights are able to be expanded!! Cause after 6 months or however long of waiting I do hope to get an anemone.

I don't plan on doing any kind of overflow or sump system just do to the fact that I only have 2 more years of highschool before I'm out of the house and off to college. Then after that I have big plans for future reefs
