what size of power head and where should I put it

I'm going to add a powerhead to my 35 gallon hexagon aquarium. What size should I get? And where in the tank should I put it?I currently have a Marineland biowheel filtration system setup that is rated for a tank of 55 gallons in size. My tank is currently cycling water 5.7 times an hour.
