Couple sps coral questions

Ok first of all I've identified this coral as a maze coral but when I look up other maze corals they look very different. Is this coral something different? Also it has begun to fade/bleach. My lights are led and turned way down 35%whites 40%violets. All other corals are doing really well. I have it placed just above the sand bed dead center. I always thought bleaching was due to too much light but dunno how this can be the case.
