Phosphate removal: setup advice

Having been here in awhile , but need some advice on phosphate removal. Not sure if media bags or a reactor are the best way to go. Ideally, a media bag in the sump would make sense, thus not requiring more equipment and another pump. But if a pump and reactor are the best way to go, what pump would work ideal? This is a 125 reef tank with overflows, sump underneath, and 35 gallon refugium. Could hang a reactor on the main tank or perhaps hide something under the stand.
