Sump set up

I intend to set up my new tank an eaReef 900 and was after help as to how to equip the sump and what to put where. It is a 3 chamber sump with a fourth added on for topping up I have a protein skimmer, return pump, am wondering whether to use a reactor. any help on what to use and how to set it up and what to use would be very much appreciated. I cant post a picture yet as I havent submitted enough posts, but if you go to the evolution aqua site it shows the sump design.
