Pregnant cleaner shrimp

I have 2 cleaner shrimp and they both seem to always be knocked up... Is this normal? Once again last night I had one pop a few baby shrimp out every couple minutes until a bit later when hundreds blasted their way out. Half were eaten by my chromis and the other half sucked out. Question is could they survive in a refugium? How do 2 females fertilize eggs? And unrelated a coral banded popped up out of nowhere and don't know if they are all compatible even tho it pretty much stays under his rock. Any info is helpful thanks
