White webbing on new live rock

Hi Everyone

This is the first forum I've ever posted on and just got into saltwater tanks so please forgive me if I'm doing something wrong. I have a 100l (25g, I'm from Australia) with a hang on the back filter with some filter floss, activated carbon, seachem matrix, and phosguard in the filter. I have two power heads that are giving me 40x turn over rate. I have about 7kg (15ish pounds) of live rock in the aquarium, 3 of which I added 2 days ago. Everything was fine that day but the next day within a couple of hours I saw a white goo-like webbing growing on one of the rocks, it almost looked like white bubbles covering one of the corals that were on the live rock. Just wandering what this is and if it is a problem or will it go away. I have no live stock in the tank as of yet, it has been cycling for a little over 3 weeks now.

Thanks in advance
