Tigger pod culture question.

Bought a bottle of tigger pods and a bottle of phyto feast. Went out and picked up a glass baking dish and was wondering how green should the water initially be?

Should i put the whole tigger bottle in the culture?

How dense of a population until i can harvest? Do i go by sheer numbers or by how less green the water becomes?
